Built for a real store need
CHICET, a family-owned skincare shop asked a simple question: "Can I see my customers on a map, so I know which part of their cities to visit for in-person services?" Pinpoint Customer Map started as that tool, running in production on a live WooCommerce store. This is the same plugin, rebuilt for every store.
- Does the free version limit how many orders I can map?
- No. The free version maps your entire order history. Because it uses the free public geocoding service (about one address per second), a very large store takes longer on the first run, and results are cached so it only happens once. Pro uses a hosted pipeline that does the same job in minutes.
- Do I need a Google Maps API key?
- No. The free version works with zero configuration and zero API keys.
- Where does my customer data live?
- In your own WordPress database. Only the address string is sent to the geocoding service, never names, emails, or order contents.
- When does it launch?
- The free version ships first on the WordPress.org plugin directory, with Pro following shortly after. The waitlist hears about both first.
